This 64-bed, state-of-the- art skilled nursing facility is designed to support specialized care with a focus on resident comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. The project successfully completed approvals through the Bartlett Planning Commission, Design Review Commission, and the Certificate of Need process with the State of Tennessee Health Board.
