2012 - 2018
Phased replacement of a 1960s school was completed over three construction phases to modernize facilities and improve functionality.
Phase I included infilling an interior courtyard to create a library and music room. Phase II added two classroom wings for elementary students. Phase III introduced a new cafetorium and kitchen. The project also included phased demolition of existing facilities to support redevelopment.
