Renovation of a residence built in 1999, including a complete interior, exterior, and site transformation of the home.

The interior was reconfigured with an open floor plan to maximize natural light.  A primary bedroom addition was constructed to capture lake views, and all finishes and systems were updated. The site was redesigned with a covered patio to enhance outdoor living and views of the lake.
